MaryAnn was the first one I spoke with when looking for a property manager. She discussed their process and how they only find certain qualified tenants, not just any tenant. With the state of the market, they still found me a tenant! They were communicative, with weekly updates, and want to do what’s best for their clients. Happy to work with them!

Very bad at maintenance.
I asked for them to repair the roof and they sent someone who only came to look at them, they already sent three times and they just waste my time and do not repair anything.

The person who came suggested some items should be changed to be properly repair and others are not yet done.

So far so good. There is still more work to be done
