Took nearly 24 hours to come our - the house was 90 degrees - we had to trouble shoot the ac to get thru the night as it was unbearable to sleep

I have been a tenant with Hoffman Realty Property Management for the past 4 years and the property management has always been responsive to any calls or housing discrepancies I may had in the past. There are no complaints about this property management company.

Maintenance request are always handled in a timely manner and the companies that are used are top shelf. as much as we do not like to have these hiccups, at least when we do we know they will be handled professionally.

We requested to tour a property a couple of weeks ago and got blown off. I left a negative review of the situation and was called within 24 hours by the owner to ask about my experience. She seemed genuinely horrified about the oversight and we had a very lovely discussion about how she’s planning to immediately remedy the situation. It feels like very few companies these days take accountability like that so I’m pretty impressed.
