We requested to tour a property a couple of weeks ago and got blown off. I left a negative review of the situation and was called within 24 hours by the owner to ask about my experience. She seemed genuinely horrified about the oversight and we had a very lovely discussion about how she’s planning to immediately remedy the situation.
